Audio Response
Audio Response, your North Memorial Federal Credit Union Audio Response Teller gives you 24-hour access to your accounts from any touch-tone phone…at no charge!

To have Audio Response at your service, you just need to call the Audio Response number at 763-255-2888, enter in your account number followed by the # key and then enter in your 10 digit Social Security number associated with your account number followed by the # key. Follow the prompts to change your Personal Identification Code (PIC) to something memorable between 4 and 10 digits long. It should NOT start with zero.
Instant Cash & Check Card
When you need cash in a hurry, have your NMFCU Instant Cash Card handy to access your checking or savings accounts at an ATM or use your card at a merchant point of sale such as the grocery store.
- Part of the Instant Cash Card program offered by First Data and the CIRRUS National Network Call 1-800-4-CIRRUS for a location near you.
- Available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week
- Make withdrawals and deposits (Deposited funds not available for 5 days.)

Direct Deposit
Direct deposit, a type of electronic funds transfer, allows funds to be automatically deposited into your account in a safe and convenient way.
- Works for any net check from an employer, the Social Security Administration or a government office that provides this service
- Protects you from the possibility of lost or stolen payroll checks
- Eliminates your time standing in line or making a trip to the credit union
- Allows funds to be deposited even if you're sick or on vacation
- After your deposit is received, specified amounts can be transferred to your other NMFCU accounts
You can contact a Member Service Representative to verify your account and routing information to provide to your employer to establish Direct Deposit.

Money Orders
As a NMFCU member, you have access to MoneyGram International money orders when you need them. If your personal check won't be accepted or you need to provide guaranteed funds, a money order may be your best solution.
- Available up to $1,000
- Nominal fee of $2 per money order
- Pay by cash or funds available in your credit union account
